As we put a wrap
on the 2007 Spring baseball season, it was great to
have all of the team out for the awards ceremony last
Saturday to get our trophies. We had a great year
with a undefeated regular season and had a lot of
fun in our first tournament and finishing second!
Not too bad for the first year that we all played
together as one team.
But now it is
time to get ready for 2008. I know it seems like a
long way off, but it will be here before you know
it and to a lot of us... there really isn't an "Off
Season"
We are putting
a list of very, very helpful links together for the
boys/parents to go to that will help develop those
skills that will help them learn the imprtant fundementals.
Going to the batting cages through the fall/winter
is good, but they still need to learn the basics first. |
